I liked the hotel, I thought of giving it 8 stars. But the day after leaving I received a message on WhatsApp from a receptionist, almost demanding that I rate the hotel. In many dozens of reservations on this site, this happened to me for the first time. It seemed like something on the verge of stalking. It is unpleasant to receive such messages, and I think you can't do this. The rating has been reduced to 5 stars.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and the whole place had a peaceful, quiet atmosphere — perfect for relaxing after a day out. It's conveniently located near a private parking area, which made things super easy for us. We also appreciated how close it was to public transportation, with both metro and tram stops nearby, making it simple to get around the city. The staff were exceptionally kind (especially Yusuf) and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. On top of all that, the price was very reasonable for what you get. Definitely recommend!

the most comfortable hotel in istanbul. bright, clean rooms with daily cleaning. the hotel is very quiet and calm. very hospitable hotel staff, who create home comfort in the hotel and every time you return to the hotel as to your home. the guys at the reception are very hospitable, good-natured, always smiling and ready to help with all questions.

Friendly staff, located in a central spot, well communicated, good WiFi, nice restaurants around.

This place is cozy and welcoming, making one feel right at home. The people are pleasant, particularly a man named Yussuf, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. The establishment is also impeccably clean. I intend to return soon inchaallah.

Good place, always clean and shiny, good smell everywhere. Good Air conditioning, nice bathroom. Very good in general. Nice and sweet staff.

No soundproof at all, you can hear everything from street and everything from corridors, even whispering from the room was hearable

Staff were friendly, hotel rooms were clean and modern.

I did not feel safe in the area at all. The streets are not safe for women alone - I was followed one night. I would not recommend for single females.Cannot open the windows because it is over a VERY busy and noisy traffic jam: a car park for train station and lots of honking all night.The area was also quite dirty / run down and felt strange. For the price, it's better to stay in another neighbourhood.

The attitude of the staff is great. the terrace on the 8th floor is great. Staf very friendly and kind and ready to help you with anything.

the cleanliness of the room, the bathroom was clean, the shower was clean, nice, the room was not vacuumed on the floor. when we complained about this aspect, it was fixed..at night the area is extremely noisy, the windows of the room do not isolate sound.. Breakfast is a joke. we gave up going after the first day to go again.

The breakfast makers were very good. They cleaned the room well.The hotel was in good condition as it was newly built.

The receptionist could not speak English or other languages, it was very uncomfortable (I think the hotel was for the residents).I tried to explain but they didn't understand (or didn't want to understand) English.There is no wifi in the room, there is wifi only for the 1st floor (it was also not available on the terrace).I wrote a request asking for an extra blanket in the room, but they didn't fill it (after that I asked twice and I got it).The location is not good (noisy and not for tourists).The room was small, there was no place to walk if you had 2 bags.

It DIDNT have private parking as stated on the web. The breakfast was terrible 4 slices of cucumber and tomato 1 slice of cheese slapped on and some butter n jam and honey it was very bad. The beds are pretty uncomfy and the area is quite load so barely slept all night tbh due to cars and traffic
